Terms and conditions
These general terms provide the basis for services agreed through blic.ai. Specific agreements and mandatory statutory rights take precedence.
Provider and scope
Your contracting partner is the provider identified on blic.ai. The confirmed offer describes the scope, deliverables and responsibilities.
Enquiries and agreements
Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a paid order. An agreement takes effect when both parties accept the offer and its conditions.
Prices and payment
The agreed offer specifies the price, currency, applicable taxes and payment schedule. Additional services and costs require a separate agreement.
Cooperation and changes
Provide the information and materials needed for the agreed work in good time. Changes to scope, deadlines or costs are agreed together before implementation.
Cancellation and concerns
Cancellation and rescheduling follow the conditions agreed before the order. Tell us promptly if a service does not match the agreement. Mandatory cancellation, warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Content and liability
Rights to supplied and created materials follow the individual agreement. Website content may not be reused without permission. Liability is governed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude mandatory liability.
Applicable agreement
The version accepted when the contract was concluded applies. Later website changes do not automatically change an existing contract. Contact the provider on blic.ai with questions.
